MCH Charity wins award for Contribution to the Community

MCH Charity wins Special Recognition award for its work to support the community

On Friday 18 November Carole, (MCH Charity Community Fundraiser) and Emma, (MCH Charity Manager) were joined by Chair of the MCH Charity Trustees Dennis Dunn MBE to attend the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry's 25th anniversary Business Awards evening.
We faced huge competition in our category of Contribution to the Community and it got incredibly tense as the lovely judges from Bentley Motors talked about the interviews they'd had with the four finalists and about how difficult it had been to make their decision. So difficult in fact that they got permission to create an additional award to acknowledge not one, but two award winners.
We are delighted to announce that MCH Charity was the recipient of the Special Recognition Award in this category! As first time entrants into the awards we are so pleased to have had the hard work of the team, the NHS staff we support and our amazing, generous supporters recognised in this way.
There are some fantastic businesses doing amazing things in our local communities who were honoured last night and we are so grateful to have been a part of it. Huge congratulations to all of the winners.

Will we be back next year..? You bet we will!!
