Donating In Memory of Someone Special

Donating In Memory

Firstly, and most importantly, we would like to offer our condolences on the loss of your loved one. We would like to thank you for thinking of donating to the charity at what must be a very difficult time for you and your family.

Donating in memory of a loved one is a special way of honouring their memory and can sometimes help to provide comfort to you and your family.

Gifts made in memory of your loved one are used to benefit patients and staff through our projects which aim to improve the care and experience of people cared for at our hospitals and within our community based services, over and above what the NHS is able to provide.

We are incredibly grateful for your support which will have such a positive impact on people who use our services and hospitals now and into the future. Thank you again.

We hope that all the information you need is on this page, but please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, we’re here to help. We are a small team who are very sensitive to the difficulty of the situation you are in, and we are dedicated to making this process as simple and as clear as possible.
