Dedicate a Shining Star in memory of someone special this Christmas.
For a minimum donation of £20, you can add your own personal message to a star, which will be form part of our Shining Stars display at Leighton Hospital throughout the festive season.
If you would like to make a larger donation in their memory, you can choose to do so.
Your dedication can be up to 14 words. It can be as simple and personal as you wish. Here are a few ideas if you're unsure what to write:
- Always loved, never forgotten, forever in our hearts. The Smith family.
- Your light will always shine brightly in our hearts. From Auntie Jo xx
- In memory of [Name], who brought so much love to our lives.
Your donation will help us to make a difference in the moments that matter for others cared for within our hospitals and community services. Thank you.
Everyone who dedicates a star in memory of a loved one will be invited to a special Shining Stars event in our Multi-faith space at Leighton Hospital on Wednesday 16 December at 12.30pm . We will email more information to you about the event in November.
