Biography
Deborah joined the charity in May 2022 and is responsible for developing and managing the Trust’s arts programme for staff, patients and the hospital environment. Her role involves commissioning artists, writers, performers and musicians and developing projects with and for patients and staff across the Trust.
Deborah has twenty five years’ experience of arts programming and research, particularly in participatory and engagement programmes, previously leading teams at Tate Liverpool and the international Journal of Art and Design. She has a PhD in co-creation and is passionate about encouraging access to the arts.
