About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager who will work across two different, but equally appealing teams, which support people living in Central & Eastern Cheshire.

This role forms a vital part of both teams and is a great opportunity for a communications/marketing professional who is looking to really make a difference to people at a time when they need it most.

Within CCICP Community Services the role will focus on leading on the development, implementation and evaluation of the communications activity.

At MCH Charity you will be responsible for developing and delivering a marketing strategy to deliver brand awareness of and increase income into the charity.

You will be based at Infinity House, Crewe (CCICP), Leighton Hospital (MCH Charity) with the added opportunity for some home working.

About The Teams

The Director of Community Services and Head of Charity already work together on projects and will share responsibility for this role.

Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) – 3 days a week

CCICP came into being as an innovative health partnership in September 2016 which aimed to transform, develop, and deliver services located within the community.  Over the past seven years CCICP has grown and developed several new of services including the innovative Virtual Ward.

Reporting into the Director of Community Services you will work closely with the senior leadership team as well as regularly linking in with the Communications Team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity (MCH Charity) – 2 days a week

Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity is the registered NHS charity for Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) and for CCICP. Our aim is to raise funds which are used to improve care and experience for patients, their loved ones and NHS staff who use or work in our hospitals and community services. We support individuals, schools, groups, and businesses to fundraise for the charity and hold our own events to help raise awareness of the charity and its work.

Reporting to the Head of MCH Charity you will work closely with the charity team, charity Trustees, NHS staff at our hospitals, across our community services and within our local communities.
