Have you or a loved one received excellent care from Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust or Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) staff, team, ward or department? Would you like to tell them about the difference they made to you and your family? Here's the perfect way to let them know!
If you would like to share your love for a member of staff or a team who has cared for you or a loved one over the last 75 years you can visit our NHS Big Tea 75 dedication page. It's free to add a dedication but you can make a donation to MCH Charity if you wish.
On the page you can upload a photo and leave a message to say thank you to a nurse, doctor, porter, receptionist, physiotherapist, radiographer or one of the many other amazing people who work at Leighton Hospital, Victoria Infirmary, Elmhurst or in one of our many Community Services for being there when you needed them most.
