A huge thank you to our amazing colleagues who raised over £1200 with their canal walk…
The Specialist Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team at Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) took on a 15-mile canal walk to raise funds in April!
The challenge saw the team walk from East Cheshire to West, starting at Wheelock and finishing at Marbury Park.
The team raised over £1200 for the Community Services fund, which is used to purchase items that specifically help to improve the care and experience of people cared for in the community by our amazing teams throughout the CCICP patch.
