When Katie set out to honour the memory of her dad, Richard, she created something truly special. Bringing together an amazing 96 tractors for a 25-mile cross-country route through Wettenhall, Calveley, Rushton, Darnhall, Church Minshull and Cholmondeston, the journey followed the places that meant so much to Richard—the villages where he grew up and the land he worked as an agricultural contractor.
The result? An incredible £7,000+ raised for the Lost Little Ones Fund, supporting patients and families experiencing baby loss at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
This wasn't just a tractor run—it was a heartfelt celebration of Richard's life, the farming community he was so proud to be part of, and the extraordinary kindness of everyone who came together to honour his memory. It's a wonderful reminder that the most meaningful fundraising often begins with a personal story.
Thank you, Katie, and everyone who took part, volunteered and donated. Richard's legacy will live on through the comfort and support these funds will provide to families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
